I'd just salvage the mods and merch it.
Also, NEVER mod items only to sell them for more gold, it doesn't work like that here. |

Greater Sage is VERY common drop, and impossible to sell I find  Mods are worth a few bob so grab those of, no one will ever pay you what sword + mods are worth anyway. |
